We’re looking for a talented Developer Assistant to join our team and support our development team in maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing our projects.

### Job Overview

As a Developer Assistant, you’ll work closely with our development team to streamline workflows, manage project documentation, perform code testing, and address basic technical issues. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation and an interest in gaining deeper experience in software development.

### Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with developers to support project development, deployment, and maintenance.

- Assist with code testing, debugging, and version control.

- Manage project documentation, including updating user guides, process documentation, and technical specs.

- Conduct initial troubleshooting for reported issues and provide detailed reports.

- Organize and track project tasks, timelines, and development milestones.

- Maintain and update databases, application logs, and support tools.

- Support developers in managing CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

### Qualifications

- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or relevant experience).

- **Experience:** 1-2 years in a technical support, development, or similar role.

- **Technical Skills:** 

  - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.

  - Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

  - Experience with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

  - Basic understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks).

- **Soft Skills:** 

  - Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  - Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

  - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

### Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Jenkins, etc.).

- Experience in agile development methodologies.

- Basic knowledge of SQL and database management.
